Hey dero, i remember when i was much younger, i'd close my eyes often and see a very large green imprint of an eye shape. It would buzz around and it's intensity would rise and fall, but it was always a greenish/yellowish hue. I always tried to get rid of it because i knew i wasn't supposed to see anything when my eyes closed. Could this have possibly been? my third eye? I knew nothing of chakras at the time and it stopped happening around the age of 12 because i rejected it so much.

What is the quickest time you can take to astral project through this method? I'm not entirely sure but maybe I just have a weak 3rd eye(kundalini) because yesterday I decided to sungaze, and as the image was fresh in my mind I laid? down in my bed and closed my eyes, but eventually it disappeared into the blackness. My minds eye must be super weaksauce haha

I tried this, problem I had was my point of reference would disappear after awhile and I would just see black. So I tried the force technique and put my palms over my? eyes and pressed as hard as i could, at first I saw this green blob filling my vision, then it turned into a bright white and it seemed brighter than the sun... trippy... After this I then saw what I believe to be the star field, they were definitely stars on the side of my vision but they were not moving, then all went black!

@academicroach Omg dude I did basically the exact same thing the first time I left my body. I? was trying to lift up my arm and it was unbelievably heavy (like I was under sleep paralysis) and when I finally lifted it up, I looked at it but it was translucent. I looked at my other arm and it see through as well. Lol it was such an odd experience. I had researched all the stuff before and was expecting weird things to happen but I still freaked out sadly.
